I have lost over 20 pounds at this point, with at least another 10 to go to ensure my BMI is in the normal range. At a recent check-up, my blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol levels were all soundly in the normal range. I feel the best I have felt in 20 years. Now, I can fit into all those “small” clothes I have in my closet and look good in my bathing suit this summer! LifeSteps® has impacted my entire family. Learning how to eat was a huge help. It jump-started my weight loss when hit a plateau and now here I am having lost 95 pounds. I am a whole new person and still going!
